"Don't Fret Pet!" has been nominated for the national Pet Industry Association/Dogs' Life magazine awards again. We were runners up in 2009 and are hoping to be winners this year.

"Don't Fret Pet!" Gold Coast has been nominated for the south-east Queensland Paws & Claws awards again. We have won the Best Mate award for the best boarding service twice and are looking to make it three. Carole, our Gold Coast franchisee, took over in December 2009 and has hit the Gold Coast like a storm, building up her team of excellent minders and providing exceptional service to her clients.

The "Don't Fret Pet!" Canberra pet franchise is on the market. Katie Nelson was an excellent franchise who built Canberra from a virgin territory to the top "Don't Fret Pet!" franchise. We were sorry to see her go. We are currently looking for two new franchisees for Canberra who can pick up where Katie left off and continue to provide Canberra pet owners with outstanding service.

The "Don't Fret Pet!" Gold Coast franchise has been bought by Carole Ciechanowicz who is passionate about providing excellent service to her clients and minders. Carole has two dogs of her own, Tiga and Walt, and a menagerie of other pets.

"Don't Fret Pet!" were runners up in the national Dogs' Life/Pet Industry Association of Australia Best Boarding Service award. This is a fabulous achievement to be awarded the position of second best in the entire country. Our clients can now feel even more confident that their best friends will be getting the best care when they are minded by "Don't Fret Pet!".

“Don’t Fret Pet!” are celebrating winning the Paws and Claws ‘Best Mate Award’ for the second year running. In a category with 13 nominees and five finalists, “Don’t Fret Pet!” received the most votes in order to be awarded the top gong. We were delighted to win back to back awards and share this award with our network of fabulous minders who do us proud in the way they take our clients’ pets into their homes and give them great love and care.

Great news for Melbournites! On 23rd June 2008 we opened an office in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Jasmine Mar left her career in audiology to follow her passion for dogs as a "Don't Fret Pet!" dog care manager. Bailey, Jasmine's springy Spoodle, is very happy that Jasmine is now working from home.
