Don't Fret Pet are fantastic to deal with. Very friendly staff that know what they are doing. My dog Holly was looked after while we were in Bali on holidays. Our first holiday in seven years. Holly was looked after by Margaret. This is the second time Holly has been with Margaret. What a fantastic caring person she is. I'm hopeful that she can look after Holly on our next holiday or weekend away. You certainly don't have any worries when you have people like Margaret to look after your dog.

I was so happy after Nahla spent the weekend with Bern and Barry. I was so worried about it as I’d never left her with someone I didn’t know and who wasn’t a close family member. They knew I was anxious about it and Bern kept me up to date with messages and pictures which really put my mind at ease and I was able to relax. Nahla didn’t fret like I thought she would and I’m feeling so much better about leaving her with Bern and Barry at Christmas time.

My daughter usually minds my 2 cavoodles but was unable to. Naturally, embarking on a place for my 2 to stay was nerve wracking. I just couldn’t imagine them staying at a boarding kennel (way too pampered for that option). Then a staff member recommended “Don’t Fret Pet” . Wow…. I loved the matching “Don’t Fret Pet” undertook to find my pets the perfect sitter. Our match was perfect and everything my 2 needed (even a spot on the bed at night).

Thank you for all your efforts in finding Leala’s overnight accommodation. Jenny was wonderful and will highly recommend. You took the stress away in finding somewhere to locate her. Will certainly be using Don’t Fret Pet again on our travels.

We were thrilled with Carole, very easy to chat to and loves dogs. Astro our 6yr old whippet is a bit of a problem to kennel and this was a great option. We were really comfortable with leaving him with her knowing he was in good hands.

The Don’t Fret Pet booking was simple to navigate. I especially liked being able to meet my pet’s carer before the actual booking. She was friendly and interacted really well with my pet. I had no hesitation in leaving him with her. The whole process was easy and I’ll definitely use them again.

Just wanted to let you know how happy we were to have Louisa mind our little dog Rupert for the Sunday and night of our son’s wedding in Canberra. Louisa is a wonderful, caring lady who looked after Rupert so well. It was his first time away from us and Louisa went the extra mile to overcome Rupert’s anxiety and trust issues and also took the time to send us photos and even a quick video to let us know that he was okay. We can’t recommend Louisa highly enough and we would be very comfortable to leave Rupert with her again should we ever need to.

This is the second time I’ve been a client with this company and this time Paisley has been my dog minder for our dog Emily. She was super lovely, kind and accommodating and made us feel at ease. I could tell our dog was loved just as much as she had a bit of blues after leaving Paisley’s household. We would definitely recommend. I really like how the company likes to gain as much information on our dog to help with the transition.
